9th Annual Millard South Book Fair

Thanks to 40 Assets and National Honor Society for helping with this year's book fair. †Patriot Pat even made an appearance. †Percentage of the sales went to Millard South's Library for books for the collection.
Healthy High School Challenge Winner!

HOSA and 40 Assets challenged Millard South students to a healthy eating contest and won. †Millard South placed 15th out of 400 schools that participated. Congratulations!
World Languages

All World Language students participated in Millard Southís World Language Week. Earlier in the week, they listened to speakers addressing the benefit of learning other languages and learning about other cultures. Those speakers included Dayna Derichs, Anne Marie Kenny, Travis & Dorine Nordstrom, Ross Pesek, Alex Plambeck, Armando Salgado, and Mallorie Wright. During World Language Week our students also attended a variety of culture and language sessions. The students experienced different music, food, dances, crafts, games, cultural information, and trivia from around the world.
