FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Finals will be given on the final two full length days of the semester using our normal schedule including PRIDE Time.

On Tuesday, we will run all 8 class with 22 minute periods. Use this time to give out and report final semester grades, collect any outstanding books/materials, and take care of any remaining end of year details. Due to the extremely short blocks, students must be kept in class for the entire block.

Robotics National Competition

The Millard South Robotics team finished with 6 wins and 4 losses. We went hoping to finish 5-5 so we are happy with our results. Our Division consisted of 100 teams and we finished in 36th place. With a record of 6-4 our team finished 174th out of 500 teams. 
Millard South duo wints first 3D Invent-a-Thon


Millard South had two teams at the first UNMC Invent-a-thon.
 
The winning team was Harrison Pruitt and Ryan Hendrickson.
 
The other Millard South team was Nick Nyholm, Conner Clum, and Nathan Rohr.

Science Club
Millard South's Science Club attended the state Science Olympiad competition on Saturday, April 23rd.  The following students placed in their events:
-Ashley Morrison and Wenxian Zhou took 3rd place in Chemistry Lab
-Zoe Marzouk, Ashley Morrison, and Wenxian Zhou took 3rd place in Experimental Design
-Josh Creamer and Clark Ward placed 4th in Fossils
-Josh Creamer placed 5th in Hydrogeology
-Zoe Marzouk placed 3rd in It's About Time
Great work to all Science Club members!


 
Medication~Summer Notification

Attention parents/guardians the school will not store any medications over the summer break.
If your student has any medication/s in the health room, it will be sent home with students during
the last week of the school year.  Any medication needs to be picked before the end of the school day on (date of the last day of school).
 
Parents will be notified about prescription medications that are being sent home with their students.
Any prescribed medication that is not picked up by this time will be appropriately discarded. If you have any questions, please contact the health room staff at your student’s school (402-715-8266).
